Project Description

Project STEM Ready-VR is a five-year initiative dedicated to helping transition-aged youth with disabilities succeed in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) careers. By partnering with vocational rehabilitation providers, STEM educators, and employers, the project builds strong support systems that lead to competitive, integrated employment opportunities.

Using an innovative, evidence-based training model, STEM Ready-VR combines cutting-edge tools—like immersive videos, virtual simulations, and AI-driven experiences—with collaborative partnerships across schools and industry. This approach equips professionals with the knowledge and resources they need to guide youth toward sustainable success in STEM pathways.
